The play-off will be held on Sunday 10th October. The regulations can be found on this website prior to the Championships. In the event of any other tournament being tied, the title and any prize money will be shared. Please note that the organisers reserve the right to change the prize fund.

Rates of play

British Open Championships & British Seniors Championships – 40 moves in 90 minutes and the remaining moves in 30 minutes, with 30 seconds increment per move from move one
British Women’s Championships – all moves in 90 minutes with 30 seconds per move from move one
Junior Championships Under 18, 16, 14, 12 – all moves in 80 minutes with 10 seconds per move added from move one
Junior Championships Under 10, 8 – all moves in 50 minutes with 10 seconds per move added from move one

Performance prizes cannot be won by a player winning one of the other prizes.
