Second BCC Drop-In chess event

Some pictures from the second BCC drop-in chess event at DMU run by FM Jonathan Blackburn on the afternoon of 28th July 2023. Jonathan was supported by Ben Vaughan of the Anstey club together with a team of local players who took on all comers at the chess tables. Jonathan took on several players at once in a number of ad hoc simuls and also provided commentary on the top 2 boards of the British round 7 with moves relayed from liveboards at The Venue to the big screen on the Vijay Patel building in Mill Lane.
